The Culcha Movement was founded as CrossCulcha Soundsysten in 2004, based at the biggest melting pott inna Europe called “Ruhrgebiet” (Essen, Düsseldorf, Solingen) Germany.
In a few years we growed to a strong Soundsystem with different units.
Today the Culcha Movement units:

Soundsystem  –  CrossCulcha Sound is a solid vibes squad playing at international locations
Dub Unit – dubbing is a must ;-)
Solid*Rock Entertainment – we are promoting dances and concerts
Culcha Vibes Radio –  web-radio project to promote all the wonderful reggae from all over the world ( Spain, Brazil, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Gambia, Russia………..)

We played a lot of shows all over Germany and in countries like Belgium, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland - with artists and sounds like Gyptian, Cali P, Assassin, Andrew Robinson, Joseph Blue Grant, Dr. Olugander, Columbo, Sentinel, One Love Hi Pawa, Daddy Maza, Pow Pow Movement, Herbalize It, Ill Inspector, Lexi Lee, Shabu One Shant, Wycleff’s Refugees All-Star Sound, Shashamani Sound,  and many more.
We love to play vibes music.
Rubadub, roots, early dancehall, digital, modern roots - just a likkle modern dancehall. - we don’t like to promote da gangsta thing!!
In our sets we join the roots outta jamaica with a overview of worldwide reggae music. Reggae outta France, Venezuela, Spain, Kenya, Italy, Brazil, Hungary, Schweden or Serbia? - no problem -  nice international custom made you will find in our Dubplatebox.
